1. Responsible for the scheme design, 3D modeling, engineering drawing and technical document preparation of the entire harvester and its core components (header, threshing device, cleaning system, chassis, transmission system, etc.), ensuring that the design scheme is scientific and reasonable, and complies with relevant agricultural machinery technical standards and safety regulations in Germany and the European Union.
2. Participate in the entire process of new harvester product development, including project approval research, scheme demonstration, prototype trial production, performance testing, iterative optimization, etc. Take the lead in solving various technical problems such as mechanical design and structural matching encountered during trial production and testing, and improve product reliability, operation efficiency and service life.
3. Conduct technical upgrading and optimization of existing harvester products. Combine with agricultural operation scenarios in the German and European markets (such as different crop types and terrain conditions), introduce new materials, new processes and new technologies, optimize product structure and performance, reduce energy consumption and failure rate, and enhance product market competitiveness.
4. Conduct technical research and analysis, track the advanced technology trends, industry development trends and competitor information in the global harvester field, especially the technologies related to agricultural machinery intelligence, energy conservation and environmental protection, and unmanned operation in Europe. Form research and analysis reports to provide support for the company’s product R&D strategy and technical decision-making.
5. Cooperate with hydraulic, electrical, software and other professional engineers to complete the integration and matching of the entire harvester system, ensure the efficient and coordinated operation of each system, and participate in the R&D and commissioning of functions related to intelligent control and automatic navigation.
6. Responsible for the technical verification during the R&D process, formulate test plans, participate in the field tests and laboratory tests of prototypes, analyze test data, write test reports, optimize design schemes according to test results, and promote products to meet mass production standards.
7. Provide technical support for production, procurement, quality and after-sales service departments, assist in solving process problems during production, cooperate with suppliers in technical docking and quality control of core components, and answer product technical problems fed back from the market.
8. Participate in patent application and technical standard formulation, sort out technical data during the R&D process, form complete technical files, and promote the transformation of technical achievements; Participate in cross-departmental R&D project collaboration to ensure that projects are completed on time and with high quality.
9. Abide by the company’s R&D management system, strictly implement design specifications and processes, actively learn new technologies and skills in the industry, improve their professional capabilities, participate in team technical exchanges and training, and share R&D experience.
