We are looking for a Manager / Head of Information Technology (IT) (m/f/d) for Westfalia-Automotive Group’s IT department to join us at the earliest possible date.

Responsibilities:

Management of Westfalia-Automotive Group’s IT division, including IT operations, IT infrastructure, software/apps, interfaces, IT security, etc.
Monitoring, guiding and coordinating all IT departments within the group of companies
Ensuring continuous and efficient operations of the IT infrastructure, systems and services within the group of companies
Monitoring IT KPIs identifying opportunities for improvement and ensuring compliance with SLAs
(Further) development and ownership of the IT strategy
Defining and implementing IT standards (IT policies, procedures, service management practices, etc.)
Leading IT initiatives and participating in cross-functional projects
Accountability for budget management within the assigned area of responsibility
Responsibility for technical user support
Support and further development of domestic and international IT systems
Selection, support and maintenance of relationships with external IT service providers
Management and training of employees within the area of responsibility
Process responsibility for all processes and procedures within the area of responsibility, including ensuring audit compliance and adherence to the requirements of the integrated management system and department-specific standards

Regular reporting to senior management

Profile:

Successful completion of academic education relevant to the area of responsibility
At least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position in the automotive industry
In-depth knowledge of common IT systems, IT guidelines and procedures
Proven strategic thinking and analytical skills
Experience in project management
Ability to work in an interdisciplinary international environment
