We are currently seeking an accomplished Mechanical Project Manager to join our team in Dresden, Germany. The successful candidate will report directly to the Construction Director.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Take full ownership of project management from conception to completion.

Effectively manage project schedules, budgets, and scope within predefined limits.

Foster positive relationships with consultants, client staff, and other project team members.

Provide clear direction to ensure staff have well-defined roles and responsibilities.

Facilitate the timely completion of reports, requests, updates, and other deliverables to support project success.

Ensure strict adherence to all policies, processes, procedures, tools, and client requirements on projects.

Provide strong leadership to the project team.

Prioritize and uphold health and safety as a primary concern in all project tasks.

Perform performance management, analyzing project training needs in collaboration with the HR manager.

Key Skills and Competencies:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position

A relevant 3rd level degree qualification.

Demonstrated proficiency in project budgeting, contract negotiations, and scheduling.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills.

Business awareness and commercial focus.

Leadership and robust management skills.

Technical competence.

Proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite and Microsoft Project.
