Weichai Lovol has an engineering center running in Mannheim and is waiting for new talent to come on board.

As an expert in the design of hydraulic module, you will lead a team to explore the technology of hydraulic module for large harvesting machinery to meet the needs of customers for products.
– Responsible for the technical research, pre-research and development planning of the hydraulic module.
– Responsible for the technical planning and modular architecture of the hydraulic module.
– Responsible for product development, design scheme, standard formulation, product improvement, and key technology research of the hydraulic module.
– Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during project development and prototype production
– Responsible for the coordination and resolution of problems during the bench test and field test of the hydraulic module
– Participate in benchmarking and competitor module research
– Responsible for the team’s talent development

Skills, Abilities, Knowledge:
-Noise issue problem solving is highly required
-Proficient in the framework and technical route of complete hydraulic system of grain harvesting machinery, familiar with the framework and technical route of complete hydraulic system of mainstream manufacturers;
-Deep comprehension of the technology development trend of complete machine hydraulic module;
-Familiar with product development project management process
-Fluent in English
