——————————————————- Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Dresden for an Electrician / Electrical Technician with a strong focus on EPLAN, machine wiring, and robot cabling.
You will work hands-on with our automation systems, wiring robots, control cabinets, sensors, and actuators, and translating electrical designs into clean, reliable installations on real machines.
Key Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and update electrical schematics in EPLAN
Wire robots, automation modules, and ASRS systems
Assemble and wire control cabinets (PLC, power distribution, safety components)
Install and route cables, cable chains, connectors, and field wiring inside robotic systems
Connect and test sensors, motors, drives, safety circuits, and IO systems
Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems
Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, software engineers, and assembly teams
Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and documentation
Qualifications
Completed training as Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Electrician, or similar
Strong experience with EPLAN (schematics, device lists, wiring diagrams)
Practical experience in machine wiring, robot cabling, or industrial automation
Good understanding of industrial electrical systems (24V DC, power, IO, safety)
Structured and precise working style
Ability to read and implement electrical drawings independently
Team-oriented mindset and hands-on attitude
Nice to have (but not required):
Experience with PLC-based systems (Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.)
Experience in warehouse automation, robotics, or conveyor systems
Basic knowledge of commissioning and fault diagnosis
