SPS TechnoScreen is a company selling screen printing equipment to a worldwide customer base. Our products are part of production processes for automotive, credit card, security, ceramic and electronic industries. SPS customers know our equipment as reliable, high-quality and innovative products.

With our service and sales team of ~ 15 employees we are caring for a highly demanding international and industrial niche market.

Your Tasks

worldwide installations and commissioning of fully automatic screen printing lines in a team or all by yourself, fully self-reliant
carrying out of services and maintenances of our screen printing equipment

In the scope of this job you will be fully supported by our technical team. Therefore, you need to be a good teamplayer and – at the same time – you need to cope with self-reliant working. You are mostly working at customer work-shops – thus, you are the company’s representative out there. It is important to be self-confident and to have a good appearance.

Your Profile

you have a full education / training as electrician / mechatronic
you enjoy travelling internationally and you are prepared to to so throughout some weekends of the year as well
you already have some working experience in this field? …. fantastic!
self-confident appearance as you are our representative at the customer
you are used to work solution orientated, you are a good communicator and a teamplayer
fluent English, well in writing, other languages are welcome
driving license for Europe

With our service and sales team of ~ 15 employees we are caring for a highly demanding international and industrial niche market.

Your Tasks

Central administration / processing of our customer services- Control of the spare parts service
Management of the spare parts service
Communication with our customers and our service team on a – technically – equal footing
Management of our field service engineers

You will actively support our technical team within the scope of these tasks. This requires good team skills and a high degree of independent work. You will work with our service manager and support him in all tasks. It is therefore important that you have a good basic technical understanding and the ability and will to learn.

Your Profile

a completed technical-commercial apprenticeship
you already have professional experience in the field of mechanical engineering? Great!
being “our” voice to the service customers, you need to have strong communication skills
you work solution-oriented and you are a good team player
your German and English is fluent, other languages are welcome as well
you have a class B driving licence
you are familiar with the usual Office applications
you enjoy direct contact with customers, combined with occasional (international) travel activities
