Your tasks:

You carry out training courses for customer personnel and instruct them
You advise our customers on modernizations
Your tasks will also include maintenance, troubleshooting, fault rectification and repairs
You will be responsible for the IT-based preparation and follow-up of service assignments

Your qualifications:

You have completed technical training in the field of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology
Ideally, you have experience in the area of service/customer assembly
You have a good command of written and spoken English
You are willing to travel worldwide 60-70% of the time
We expect very good organizational and coordination skills as well as an independent, committed and reliable way of working with a high level of quality awareness and a strong customer focus
