Püschmann Maschinenbau GmbH is an innovative, growth-oriented manufacturer of machine tools for the machining methods of turning, planing, grinding, drilling and milling. Our services include the general overhaul of machine tools and the conversion of machine control systems. To strengthen our market position and ensure we can fulfil the growing demands we are looking for a

customer service technician (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

New installation, startup, optimisation, geometric adjustment of machines
Troubleshooting and repair of machines and systems at the customer site

Qualifications:

Skilled Worker Certification as an electronics/mechatronics engineer, or advanced training as a technician
Practical experience in the manufacture of machine tools
Excellent technical skills
Solid knowledge of electrical engineering
Familiarity with CNC and PLC control systems, especially Siemens 840D and S7
Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Able to read technical drawings
Analytical troubleshooting skills
Committed, reliable, responsible, self-starter
Willing to travel all over Germany, and possibly also in Europe and worldwide
Fluency in English preferred
