Your Training

This is how your training works with us

You will receive basic training at the vocational school and with us
You will be provided with additional inter-company training
You will go through all relevant production departments
You are allowed to participate actively in real projects
You will process metals using machining processes such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding
You are allowed to assemble individual components or complete systems
Your training usually lasts 3.5 years
If you perform well enough, you can shorten your training period to 3 years
