Service technician

We need reinforcement and are looking for a service technician with a focus on refrigeration technology to work on-site at our customers. You will organise and start your service assignments either from our headquarters in Raleigh or directly from your home.

Your tasks:

Service assignments on site at our customers
Carrying out maintenance and repairs on refrigeration systems as well as electronic and mechanical components
Supporting customers during commissioning
Recording and evaluating the causes of faults

Your profile:

Completed training as a mechatronics technician for refrigeration or comparable field of work
In possession of a refrigeration certificate (category II)
Career changers and career changers are also welcome (promotion to refrigeration certificate possible)
Independent, responsible and quality-conscious way of working
Goal-oriented, efficient and analytical problem solving
Flexibility, ability to work in a team, motivation and customer orientation
High willingness to travel within Germany (mostly one to several day trips)
European driving licence class B
