Your role at UNs

Ensuring high-quality, smooth and on-time custom production
Control of the production resources planned for economic use in accordance with the calculated specifications
Economic design and optimization of technical solutions and production processes
Monitoring of production throughput times and implementation of CIPs
Analysis and evaluation of data for process optimization
Monitoring and implementation of safety and quality guidelines
As an active sparring partner for management: operational management of electrical production and ensuring stable growth
Optimization of electrical production according to lean manufacturing principles

Who we are looking for

You have completed training as an electrician and further training as a master craftsman
You already have experience in leading a team
You are experienced in switch cabinet construction and E-Plan P8
You are familiar with measuring devices for measuring VDE 0100 Part 701/702
You are a strong communicator, work independently and responsibly and are very well organized
You are ready to get started in a fast-growing company and contribute your motivation and energy
You are a team player and a communicative, open personality
