Your Tasks

As part of our international product development team, you will lead complex engineering projects, focusing on turbine development. Your work ensures cost-efficient, high-quality solutions and drives innovation across the entire value chain

Lead an interdisciplinary project team including engineers, production specialists, strategic purchasers and other core functions.

Drive the development of a Cost of Energy -optimal technical system/turbine while collaborating with all relevant areas of the value chain.

Manage activities across all project phases: feasibility studies, concept development, detailed design, prototyping and up to start of production, within an international environment.

Take full responsibility for achieving project cost, quality and timeline targets.

Perform professional project controlling using KPIs, progress evaluations and deviation management.

Implement effective risk and stakeholder management practices.

Develop innovative approaches to reduce time‑to‑market.

Prepare decision proposals and project reports for the management board.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of Nordex’s product development processes.

Your Profile

Technical academic background, ideally in engineering or a related field.

Project management certification (e.g., PMP or similar) is highly beneficial and considered a strong asset

At least 5 years of solid experience managing complex projects, product development initiatives or similarly demanding environments.

High level of adaptability and the ability to collaborate effectively across all areas of the company.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build alignment and drive decisions.

Motivated by new challenges and eager to contribute within an international, cross‑functional team environment.

Hands-on mindset and strong decision-making capability, especially in dynamic project situations.

Good intercultural awareness and professional working proficiency in English; additional language skills—particularly Spanish or German—are a strong plus.
