The main focus of the job area includes:
Calculation and creation of transmission calculations for system design
Development and creation of ventilation concepts
Complex calculation and design of systems and components of the air conditioning system
Cost & schedule determination of supplier and customer inquiries in coordination with project management  
Preparation of tender documents and execution of technical & commercial comparisons  
Coordination of the HVAC system with suppliers, customers as well as assembly & commissioning  
Technical & schedule management of tasks within the respective project as well as support of constructive implementation with the project team  
Continuous schedule tracking of subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project  
Negotiation and technical coordination of individual components in collaboration with purchasing  
Management and execution of the approval process of documents with classification societies and authorities  
Development of new components and parts together with R&D and suppliers  
Continuous improvement of processes, documents, and engineering tools  
Management of complex projects
Cost & schedule determination of supplier and customer inquiries in coordination with project management  
Professional support for our own designers and external designers Personal development, internal training, and onboarding of new employees
Supervision of trainees, dual students, and interns

What we expect:
Completed studies in engineering sciences Several years of professional experience in the HVAC-R field, preferably in the maritime/offshore environment
Basic CAD skills
Business fluent English, both written and spoken
Independent, structured way of working, sense of responsibility, and ability to work in a team
