Aktuell suchen wir einen Senior Supervisor Application Engineering (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams.

What to expect in this role:

Lead and develop a team of 4 engineers for Dry Gas Seal Support System (GSS) pre- and post-order engineering
Serve as GSS subject matter expert and ensure overall engineering KPIs, focusing on on-time delivery and quality metrics
Plan projects and allocate resources using DOSE, MS Project, and the global I-Project tool; support migration to new project-management software
Provide accurate man-hour estimates and promise dates, ensuring timely submission of all engineering deliverables and technical clarifications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supply chain to meet service levels, identify vendors, and align critical components
Learn and apply Hysys for project execution
Train and mentor the engineering team, fostering best practices and continuous process improvements

What you should bring to the role:

Master’s I bachelor´s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related engineering discipline
Several years of engineering experience and at least 2 years in a team-lead role
Strong background in process engineering and seal systems across industries such as polymer, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, refinery, and turbomachinery
Solid understanding of mechanical seal business, engineering design and operations, and key industry practices to drive growth and innovation
Experience with specification review, P&ID preparation, bill of material preparation, technical alignment, and review of 3D & 2D GADs and fabrication drawings
Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking skills with fluency in both German and English
Good team player
