In-Office Technical Order Processor (m/f/d)

Your job

Technical and commercial management of domestic and international orders and projects (Germany, Austria, Switzerland)
Technical and commercial review of order specifications; preparation of order confirmations and all order-related documents
Scheduling and logistical coordination with customers, suppliers, and internal departments
Monitoring of project deadlines and oversight of design and manufacturing
Compilation of order documentation, including technical documentation and drawings
Central point of contact for the customer throughout the entire project

Your profile

Completed technical training, ideally supplemented by an advanced qualification
Solid understanding of technical and business processes
Several years of experience working with technical products, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
Willingness to take on responsibility and ability to work independently
Good English skills and proficiency with MS Office
Good knowledge of the ERP system (ProAlpha) is desirable
