Machining Technician

Hense Systemtechnik started in 1966 in Bochum as a small company manufacturing machines and tools. Today, we develop, design, and produce hydraulic and hydrostatic rotary actuators, their components, and complete lifting and rotary actuator systems. Are you a professional in metalworking and would like to use your knowledge in a varied working environment? Then we have the ideal opportunity for you! To expand our long-standing team, we are looking for a motivated machining mechanic (m/f/d) with very good Mazak Integrex knowledge as soon as possible.

Your tasks

Operating and setting up Mazak (Integrex i) turning and milling centers
Optimizing program sequences (DIN ISO or Mazatrol Smooth)
Inspecting and measuring manufactured parts as part of self-inspection
Independently carrying out maintenance and care work on the machines
Occasional conventional turning, drilling, and grinding

Your profile

Successfully completed apprenticeship as a machining technician or a comparable qualification
Knowledge and experience in CNC programming is an advantage
Reliability and teamwork skills
Conscientious and responsible work with a strong quality awareness
Work experience in the above-mentioned field
Proficiency in reading technical drawings
Proficient handling of measuring and testing equipment
Good written and spoken German skills
