Role Summary:

As a Field Service Technician (M/F/T), you will perform commissioning, customer training, maintenance, and repair work on-site at customers’ locations in Germany, and occasionally abroad (worldwide).

From your home office, you will primarily support our mechatronic pumps/pump systems (e.g., “SIHIdry” / “SIHIboost”) in the Frankfurt/Mannheim/Kaiserslautern/Heidelberg region.

Your Role:

Field service, mainly throughout Germany and occasionally abroad (worldwide)

Carrying out commissioning, customer training, maintenance and repair work

Carrying out fault and remote diagnoses

Preparation of work reports such as maintenance reports, commissioning reports

Your Profile:

Completed training as a mechatronics engineer, electronics engineer or comparable

Good PC and MS Office skills

Suitability as a respiratory protection device wearer according to G26 II

Driving license class B

Good knowledge of English

High quality awareness, independent work, commitment and very high flexibility as well as resilience and customer orientation

Ideally, you already have professional experience in a comparable position
