Your tasks

Programming, setting up and operating CNC machining centers
Programming of different and complex workpieces, single parts, small series (lathing, milling, grinding)
Creation of programs with various control systems and co-ordinate programming systems
3-D machining of multi-axis machines based on drawings
Determine machining in consideration of different materials and material behavior
Simulate production in the system, correct errors, document corrections and save finished program
Optimize set-up times by determining the order sequence
Setting up the machines, requesting workpieces and material, determining clamping options, possibly setting up fixtures Setting the tools and measuring them, transferring correction values and tool data to the CNC machine
Measure and check the manufactured parts and carry out tool changes
Eliminate and, if necessary, pass on malfunctions, document and correct reworking and rejects.

Your profile

Completed training as a cnc machinist (m/f/d) (at least 3 years)
Very good practical knowledge in independent programming, setting up and operating CNC machines

As a cnc machinist, you work on lathes, milling machines or drilling machines to produce precision parts that have to be accurate down to the hundredth of a millimeter. From gear wheels to engine parts. Precision and care are the top priorities in this work.
