Head of Technical Training Development (m/f/d) {Personalentwickler/in}

## **Your role in our team:** – Disciplinary and technical management of the team, including responsibility for resources, budget, and results, as well as strategic development of the area of responsibility – Development, implementation, and optimization of training programs, training standards, and qualification concepts for internal and external partners – Definition, control, and monitoring of training needs, including resource planning and the development and application of globally applicable KPIs – Monitoring of training utilization and qualification development, as well as responsibility for planning, budgeting, and KPI-based reporting of training activities – Establishment, maintenance, and further development of an internal and external network of experts to support training development – Responsibility for the administration, maintenance, and safe operation of learning facilities and training resources, in compliance with all relevant safety and contractual requirements ## **Profile:** – Degree in agricultural economics, business administration, education, or a comparable qualification – Several years of professional experience, ideally in the areas of training, HR development, or project management; technical understanding is an advantage – Initial management and leadership skills are welcome – Experience in project management and in managing complex training or development projects – Strong personality with excellent decision-making and assertiveness skills – Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation skills – Ability to communicate confidently and persuasively at all hierarchical levels
