Your tasks

Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung deines Teams, förderst die Mitarbeitenden durch gezielte Qualifizierung und stellst eine reibungslose schichtübergreifende Kommunikation sicher.
Als Teil unseres Teams arbeitest du im Wertstrom, übernimmst Springertätigkeiten im Verantwortungsbereich und lebst Flexibilität bzw. Einsatzbereitschaft vor.
Zudem beseitigst du Störungen, treibst nachhaltige Verbesserungsarbeit voran und unterstützt bei Projekten.
Du wirkst mit wenn neue und innovative Produkte (z.B. Wasserstofftechnik) entstehen, komplexe Bauteile produziert werden und lässt hierbei dein Know-how mit einfließen.
Nicht zuletzt verantwortest du die Kennzahlen und deren Zielerreichung.

Ausbildung: zur/zum Zerspanungsmechaniker:in mit Zusatzausbildung z.B. zur/zum Meister:in
Erfahrungen und Know-how: Erfahrung in der Zerspanung von komplexen Bauteilen; Führungserfahrung
Persönlichkeit und Arbeitsweise: du bist ein Teamplayer, der flexibel einsetzbar ist; deine Kolleginnen und Kollegen schätzen dein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und wissen, dass sie sich jederzeit auf dich verlassen können
Arbeitsalltag: Bereitschaft zur Dreischicht
Sprachen: verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
