Your tasks at AKG

Management of product development projects for standardized components and systems in the field of thermal management, from conception to market launch.
Design and evaluation of heat exchangers and other components in cooling and refrigerant circuits.
Collaboration as an interface function within the company, with suppliers, and external partners to develop innovative solutions for the challenges of our thermal management systems.
Support in conducting tests, analyses, and simulations to evaluate and optimize the performance and reliability of the developed systems.
Support in the creation of technical documentation, specifications, and reports, as well as in the training of internal teams and customers.

What we require from you

Degree in mechanical engineering, refrigeration engineering, process engineering, or a similar technical field.
Several years of experience in the development of thermal management systems, heat pumps, or related technologies, ideally in industry.
In-depth knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid mechanics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
Experience in project management of interdisciplinary teams.
