Your tasks at AKG

Conducting workflow and process analyses
Independently performing and documenting time studies in accordance with REFA standards
Creating and maintaining structured standard time catalogs
Developing proposals to improve work processes in order to increase efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality, in close cooperation with the engineering, production planning, and manufacturing departments

What we require from you

Completed technical vocational training with further professional qualification (e.g. master craftsman, technician)
Completed REFA certification or willingness to obtain it
Professional experience in time management, standard time determination, and/or production planning is an advantage
Commercial knowledge and SAP experience are an advantage
Confident use of Microsoft 365 / MS Office (especially Excel)
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Methodical and independent working style
Cost awareness, commitment, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
