The Role
We are looking for a Facility Manager (m/f/d) to ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient operation of our facilities. You are responsible for infrastructure, building services, and site operations, creating an environment that enables our teams to work productively while supporting growth and technical operations.
Your Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facility operations, including offices, workshops, production areas, and test facilities
Manage building infrastructure, utilities, maintenance, and repairs in coordination with internal teams and external service providers
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations (HSE)
Coordinate space planning, office expansions, relocations, and fit-out projects
Act as the main point of contact for landlords, property managers, and service providers
Manage facility-related budgets, contracts, and procurement
Support workplace safety measures, emergency procedures, and site readiness
Ensure facilities meet operational requirements for engineering, testing, and production activities
Maintain facility documentation, floor plans, and operational procedures
Your Profile
Degree or vocational training in Facility Management, Engineering, Technical Operations, or a related field
Professional experience in facility management, site operations, or technical infrastructure management
Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance processes, and workplace safety requirements
Experience coordinating external contractors and service providers
Hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple topics in a fast-growing environment
Fluent in English; German is required
