Your tasks

Maintenance and repair of plumbing, heating, electrical appliances and lighting
Garden and outdoor maintenance, e.g. lawn mowing, hedge trimming and winter maintenance (snow removal and sprinkling)
Inspection of technical systems and reporting major damage to the maintenance manager
Minor renovation work, e.g. painting or laying floor coverings, etc.
Administrative tasks, e.g. meter reading, checking fire extinguishers, etc.

That’s what you bring

Completed vocational training in a construction trade profession (e.g. mason, painter, plant mechanic) or comparable qualification
Basic knowledge of the building trade (walls, lifting, painting, janitorial and cleaning activities)
Ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility, reliability and a thorough way of working
