Your Tasks

Analyze and document technical and process-related customer requirements in close coordination with customers, internal teams, and suppliers
Facilitate workshops and meetings for requirement alignment
Ensure consistency, completeness, and traceability of all requirements throughout the product development process
Prepare requirement specifications for new solutions and adaptations of existing products/processes
Design, implement, and optimize processes – including identifying weaknesses, developing new solutions, and documenting them in coordination with Quality Management
Support the implementation of aerospace standards (e.g., EN9100, ISO 9001)
Collaborate closely with customers and suppliers: technical clarifications, participation in audits, and risk analyses
Identify process weaknesses and derive improvement measures (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, or FMEA methods)
Actively coordinate interfaces between Sales, Development, Quality, Purchasing, and Production to ensure smooth project execution

Your Profile

Master /Diplom Degree in engineering, e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Experience in requirements engineering and process management, ideally in the aerospace sector
Knowledge of relevant standards and methods (EN9100, ISO 9001, Lean/Six Sigma)
Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage
Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset
Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic working approach
Advanced German and English skills
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
