Prerequisite

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or process engineering
Experience in handling complex technical tasks
Strong initiative, ability to handle pressure, and a structured approach to work
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Well-founded CAD skills, ideally in SolidWorks
Experience with the Infor ERP system is preferred
Basic knowledge of English
Open to continuous professional development

Area of responsibility

Supporting the sales team with customer inquiries and preparing quotes
Preparation of technical project presentations in the field of automation technology
Constructive processing and management of customer orders—from planning through to delivery
Development of technical solutions based on economic and technical considerations
Preparation of technical documents, drawings, bill of materials, and documentation
Conducting trials throughout the development process

If necessary: Customer visits for product monitoring, field testing, and product launches
