You will join the Product Compliance team and help ensure that Belimo products meet the regulatory requirements of the HVAC industry throughout their entire lifecycle. The position is based in the Innovation Hub EMEA in Großröhrsdorf near Dresden, reporting to the local Head of Innovation and working closely with the Global Product Compliance team in Switzerland.

What You’ll Do

Ensure product, documentation, and process compliance with applicable regulations/standards across new and existing portfolios.
Specify, review, and approve regulatory/compliance requirements and the associated product information and documentation.
Handle compliance‑related customer inquiries and support Quality Cases.
Manage region‑specific compliance topics, including registrations and approvals; draft declarations/confirmations and country‑specific market‑access documents.
Monitor the regulatory landscape, assess product/business impact, and (where applicable) represent Belimo in normative committees/standards work.
Lead or implement continuous process improvement projects and activities.
Communicate and coordinate with the Compliance Office and align laterally across the Group Divisions.
Conduct internal and external audits; lead or support during inspections.

Who You Are

University degree in electronic engineering, applied sciences, or a related engineering/technology field.
Several years’ experience in product compliance engineering (or a similar role); experience in quality is an asset.
Proven work with design standards/directives and strong technical writing skills.
Knowledge of HVAC applications, actuators, sensors, and valves.
Experience with products handling flammable refrigerants (A2L, A3) or falling under the Measuring Instruments Directive (MID) would be an asset.
Proven experience engaging with standards committees or regulatory bodies is a plus.
Analytical, conceptual, and creative thinker; self‑starter with a goal‑oriented, reliable working style; constant and active learner.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects; experience working in a project‑oriented, global team.
