To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Technical Trainer for Tractors & Combine Harvesters (m/f/d) in Bad Essen

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and conducting technical training sessions for dealers, service partners and internal employees

• Delivering product training for tractors and combine harvesters (mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, engines, transmissions, harvesting technology)

• Conducting service, diagnostic and application training

• Preparing and maintaining training materials, presentations and technical documentation

• Delivering training in the training center, at dealer locations or digitally

• Supporting product launches, field tests and demonstrations

Your profile:

• Completed technical training or education (e.g. agricultural/construction machinery mechatronics technician, automotive mechatronics technician, master technician, certified technician)

• Several years of professional experience with tractors and/or combine harvesters

• Strong technical understanding of hydraulics, electronics and diagnostic systems

• Passion for training, explaining and presenting

• Confident appearance in front of groups

• Good German and English skills; additional languages are an advantage

• Willingness to travel (national / possibly international in Europe)

• Confident use of MS Office; experience with online training is desirable
