This is what you can expect:

Timely and professional assembly and installation of our packaging machines, conveying and packaging systems at the Dinslaken site and at customers’ sites internationally
Supervision of the machines and plants from initial commissioning to final acceptance at the customer’s site
Carrying out, monitoring and documenting function tests, test runs and machine adjustments
Training of the customer’s machine and plant operating personnel on site
Carrying out service work for the installation, maintenance and fault analysis of our machines and plants at the customer’s site
Preparing cost estimates for repairs and spare parts procurement
Telephone customer support for technical machine problems
Construction and wiring of control cabinets for machines as well as control cabinets for our conveyor and packaging systems
Checking the control cabinets by taking measurements, detecting and rectifying faults
Proactive cooperation with the construction, mechanical and electrical departments

This is what we expect:

Successfully completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d) or comparable
Relevant professional experience in the areas of service and commissioning of machines and plants
Ideally, you are familiar with the areas of special machine construction, electrical engineering, automation technology and control cabinet construction
Knowledge of reading electrical plans
A high degree of willingness to undertake national and international business trips to our customers (approx. 30% of your intended work with us
Hands-on mentality
Driving licence class B mandatory
Strong customer and service orientation
Flexibility and commitment, personal responsibility and the ability to work under pressure
Good written and spoken English round off your profile
