About the role
1. Role Purpose
Strengthen relationships with existing clients through consistent engagement and service excellence
Identify and explore new market opportunities to support business expansion
Contribute to revenue growth through technical solutions and customer satisfaction
Drive cost reduction and operational efficiency through process improvements
Act as a technical expert in field service operations and customer support
2. Key Responsibilities
Prepare tenders, quotations, and technical proposals
Supervise installation, maintenance, repair, renovation, and A&A (Alteration & Addition) works
Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and frontline staff to ensure smooth site operations
Perform on-site services including equipment servicing, upgrades, and troubleshooting
Conduct technical analysis and implement product enhancements based on customer specifications
Communicate technical details clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service and issue resolution
Recommend system improvements and ensure clients are informed of service status and options
3. Minimum Requirements
Degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
At least 8 years of relevant experience, particularly in fitting-out and A&A works
Strong knowledge of building services installation and statutory regulations
Agile team player with solid project management and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese
Proficient in MS Office Project and AutoCAD
