Implementation and moderation of optimization/LEAN and rationalization projects as well as active participation in the CIP process
Analysis and assurance of process stability, quality, and performance of the plants in series production
Introduction and optimization of manufacturing processes and procedures to increase efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness locally and at our global production sites
Management, coordination, and qualification of technology projects
Creation and maintenance of work instructions, plant, and process documentation
Close cooperation with production, quality, and maintenance

Your profile

Completed degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, or further training as a technician in a similar field
Comprehensive knowledge of machining and automation technology
Practical knowledge of LEAN methods, process development, and project management
Structured approach to work, strong sense of quality and responsibility
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and flexibility
Independent, solution-oriented approach to work
