Job Description:

As a Nakamura-Tome service technician, you will carry out
・Maintenance and repair of CNC machine tools.
・Troubleshooting, defect-analysis and proposal of corrective measures for our products.
・Reporting to service management and providing feedback to Distributors and customers.
・Installation and commissioning of new CNC machine tools.
・Implementation of design improvements and retrofitting work.
・Training for distributors and customers.

Requirements:

・Good experience in the maintenance of CNC Turning centers and CNC Multitasking machines.
・Solid mechanical background including machine tool mechanics and accuracy, pneumatics, hydraulics, as well as a good understanding of CNC/ PMC software and hardware.
・Experience with machine operation and / or FANUC CNC control would be an advantage.
・Good conversational and written skills in English.
・Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers in friendly manner.
・Willingness to travel.
