As an engineering director of Lovol European R&D Center, you will lead a team to develop the most advanced technologies and products of agricultural machinery to meet the customer needs.
– Experience in the top agricultural companies is preferred
– Collect agriculture machine information, define the product and technology MGPP;
– Manage the product & technology strategy and project management;
– Ensure the cooperation between China and Europe;
– Review the technical proposal and product design;
– Develop high quality supply chain, manufacturing process and quality technology standard ;
– Complete the EU homologation;
– Manage the continuous product improvement;
– Find talent people and build the team;
– Plan and perform annual budget.
