Your duties

Setting up, equipping and operating 3- and 5-axis milling machines
Running in, monitoring and optimising CNC programmes
Programming CAM programmes with SolidCAM
Independent work planning and CNC programming (Heidenhain)
Activities accompanying production
Quality control
Maintenance and care of the machines

Our requirements

Vocational training as a precision mechanic or toolmaker, cutting machine operator or comparable training
Several years of specialist professional experience, in particular very good knowledge in the use of CNC-controlled cutting machines
Programming knowledge for cutting machines (Heidenhain TNC640)
Good SolidWorks and SolidCAM knowledge
Confident handling of MS-Office, experience with PDM/ERP systems an advantage
Good knowledge of German is a prerequisite, English is an advantage
Precision, speed and flexibility
Commitment and ability to work in a team
Independent, result-oriented and structured way of working complete the profile
