A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Data Engineer (f/m/d) in our Enterprise Data Office of the TI STG Organization, you will develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes supporting STG’s digital platforms, while collaborating closely with architects and data stewards to ensure high standards of data quality and governance. In this role, you will optimize data workflows to enable advanced analytics, AI, and Digital Twin use cases, proactively monitor and resolve data integration issues across multiple systems, and work hand in hand with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and future-ready data solutions.

Your work will enable scalable, secure, and high-quality data solutions that power initiatives like Digital Twins, predictive analytics, and process optimization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Design and implement robust data pipelines for structured and unstructured data
Ensure data availability and integrity for critical business applications and analytics
Support integration of core systems (ERP, PLM, SCM) into the data platform
Enable AI and advanced analytics by providing clean, well-modeled datasets and drive automation and performance improvements in data workflows
Contribute to the development of STG’s data architecture and governance framework
Collaborate with architects on cloud-based solutions and modern data architectures

What You Bring

University Degree or similar education as well as several years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, and data integration
Strong skills in SQL and experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) combined with knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and best practices for data quality
Hands-on experience with cloud-based data architectures and data lake architectures; experience with AWS and Snowflake are a plus
Experience with Alteryx and Python or similar programming languages for data processing
Familiarity with API integration and event-driven architectures, experience with MLOps and enabling AI/ML pipelines would be a plus
Fluency in English, both written and spoken
